Macintosh Professor of Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA) (2014-16), BOC Chair and Head of Anaesthesia Research of the Section of Anaesthetics, Pain Medicine & Intensive Care, Department of Surgery & Cancer, Faculty of Medicine, Imperial College London, and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. He had completed his Doctor of Medicine at Peking University, Beijing, China. He had completed his Doctor of Philosophy at Imperial College London, London, UK.
