Dr. Crystal Aguh is an assistant professor of dermatology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her main focus areas include complex medical dermatology, autoimmune disease, procedural dermatology, medical journalism, and international health. Dr. Aguh received her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She completed her residency in dermatology at Johns Hopkins.

Dr. Aguh was an ABC News medical consultant. Under this role, she wrote medical articles for digital media and scripts for local affiliates. In addition, she served as an assistant producer for medical segments on Good Morning America and World News with David Muir. As a second-year resident, Dr. Aguh received an award from the National Medical Association for her research project and presentation “Exploring Racial Differences in Treatment Regimens for Patients with Late-Stage Mycosis Fungoides: A Retrospective Study.” The goal of this study was to discuss potential causes for the increased mortality rates in African-American patients with mycosis.
