Ciba Sunil Raphael, BSN-RN, holds a double master’s degree, MBA & MSc in Health Care Management from Swiss Business School. She is Nursing Officer & Unit Manager- Neonatal Services, which is a leading Private sector Hospital in UAE. Ciba has more than 25 years of experience in the field of patient care and has achieved milestones during her extensive work experience. As a Certified Trainer from Manipal Academy and Regional NRP Instructor, she has been actively involved in implementing many change practices, clinical/non-clinical Training, and Education.

Ciba has spearheaded orientation, preceptorship training while working with Private & Government Health Care Organizations across UAE. She has received numerous local and international awards & accolades - Awarded for being a Learning Enthusiast, Best Quality Trainer, and graduated from the Prestigious Women Leadership Programme.
