Ciaran G. Forde BSc, PhD

Dr. Ciarán Forde is Principal Investigator in Sensory Nutritional Science, at the Clinical Nutrition research Center, A*STAR Singapore Institute for Clinical Sciences and holds a joint appointment with the National University of Singapore as Associate Professor in the Department of Physiology. He joined A*STAR in 2015 to establish the ‘Sensory and Ingestive Behaviour’ team with a focus on how sensory perception influences calorie selection and eating behaviour, and through this impacts energy intake and body composition.
