Charles L. Loprinzi MD, FASCO

Dr. Charles Loprinzi is the Regis Professor of Breast Cancer Research at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, where he is an emeritus chair of the Division of Medical Oncology and an emeritus vice-chair of the Department of Oncology. His research is focused on side effect and symptom management efforts, with studies of cancer-related problems such as cancer anorexia and cachexia, nausea and vomiting, chemotherapy-associated neuropathy, and the management of hot flashes among cancer survivors. Dr. Loprinzi served as the founding editor for the Art of Oncology section of the Journal of Clinical Oncology from 2000 through 2010.
