Charles Kelly Initially qualifying at Glasgow University, followed general medical training and then oncology training in Glasgow and Edinburgh, Kelly has been at the Northern Centre Cancer Treatment and then the Northern Centre for Cancer Care in Newcastle, since 1993. Formerly chair of the oncology committee of the British Institute of Radiology and still member of its education committee.
