Charisse Kwan MD, FRCPC, RCPSC (PEM)

Dr. Kwan earned her BSc with distinction at the University of Western Ontario and received her medical degree at McMaster University. She completed her paediatric residency and was Chief Resident at Queen’s University. Following the completion of a paediatric emergency medicine fellowship and then a paediatric point of care ultrasound fellowship, she joined the faculty in the Pediatric Emergency Department at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. She has an interest in point of care ultrasound in medical education and is also involved in clinical and medical education research.
