Chad M. Michener MD

Chad Michener, MD, is a Staff Physician in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cleveland Clinic. He is also an Associate Professor of Surgery for the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio. He currently serves as the Medical Director for Continuous Improvement of the Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women's Health Institute.

Dr. Michener specializes in the surgical and chemotherapy management of women with gynecologic cancers. His clinical interests include minimally invasive surgery via single port and standard laparoscopy as well as robotic surgery; ovarian cancer screening and treatment; Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) and the molecular basis of gynecologic cancers.

He is also a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncologists.
