Catherine Allan MD

Dr. Catherine Allan, MD, is a pediatric cardiac critical care specialist at the Cleveland Clinic, where she provides comprehensive care for children and adolescents with complex cardiovascular conditions requiring advanced intensive care management. She is board-certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology by the American Board of Pediatrics and is dedicated to delivering multidisciplinary, patient- and family-centered cardiac critical care.

Dr. Allan completed her fellowship training in pediatric cardiology at Boston Children’s Hospital, following residency training and medical education at the University of California, San Francisco. She earned her undergraduate degree from Kenyon College. With extensive clinical training across leading pediatric institutions, Dr. Allan focuses on optimizing outcomes for critically ill pediatric cardiac patients while contributing to ongoing clinical research and scholarly publications in pediatric cardiology and cardiac intensive care.
