Carolyn Yeoman PhD

Dr. Carolyn Yeoman is Managing Director of Highley Yeoman Consulting Ltd. and has significant experience in the areas of Behavioural Based Safety and Organisational Stress. Carolyn is considered an expert in her field and has spoken about Behavioural Based Safety and Organisational Stress at numerous conferences. As an Organisational Psychologist, she has a wealth of experience including writing organizational stress policies, conducting organizational stress risk assessments, and developing and running organizational stress awareness-raising activities and stress management training. Carolyn also develops and implements Behavioural Based Safety and Safety Leadership processes and conducts training in these areas. In addition to setting up Highley Yeoman Consulting Carolyn worked as a Principal Consultant with both WSP and Ryder Marsh (Safety) Ltd She has successfully run her own Consultancy business for many years.
