Carmen Francavilla MBA, BSN, RN-BC, PCMH, CCE

Carmen is a member of the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) Practice Advancement Strategies team. She has experience in hospital systems aligned with physician practices to advance population health, quality outcomes, practice transformation, the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program, and physician payment reform, including MACRA and Value Based Payment. She is board certified in ambulatory care by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is NCQA PCMH Certified Content Expert. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Binghamton University and a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Healthcare Management, from American Intercontinental University.
