Calleen (callie) Lavinghousez PharmD, BCPS, BCPP

Calleen (Callie) Lavinghousez, Pharm.D., BCPS, BCPP, is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Psychiatry. Originally from Syracuse, NY, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry from SUNY Cortland in upstate NY and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft Lauderdale, FL. She went on to complete a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina followed by a Psychiatric specialty residency at Purdue University/Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis, IN. Callie serves as the VISN 7 Academic Detailing Pharmacist for Charleston and runs a medication management clinic for Veterans in the Homeless Patient Aligned Care Team. In addition to being dual board certified in pharmacotherapy and psychiatry, she is actively involved with the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacy.
