Research interests of Brian J. Davis, M.D., Ph.D., relate to the radiotherapeutic management of prostate cancer. Current funded research efforts include an NIH grant to develop a new ultrasound probe for prostate cancer therapy(R33 CA107933-01 Trans-urethral ultrasound for prostate cancer therapy. Principal Investigator, Brian J. Davis, M.D., Ph.D., and Co-Principal Investigator, Richard A. Robb, Ph.D. 10/1/04– 9/30/07 (3 year grant - $1,485,000)). This research and development project is being conducted in conjunction with Siemens Medical Solutions.
