Biography :

Dr. Binita Shah is a cardiologist in New York, New York and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including NYC Health and Hospitals-Bellevue and NYU Langone Hospitals. She received her medical degree from NYU School of Medicine and has been in practice between 11-20 years.

Dr. Shah's research focuses on modifiable factors affecting patient outcomes in the setting of the acute coronary syndrome and percutaneous coronary intervention. She has received funding from the American Heart Association, American College of Cardiology, New York State, and National Institutes of Health (KL2 Scholar) to test novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modifying abnormal metabolic and inflammatory profiles in patients with coronary and peripheral artery disease.
