Bhuvan Martin, MD, CM provides prenatal diagnosis, first and second-trimester genetic screening and ultrasound, as well as amniocentesis. She provides consultation for high-risk pregnancies and provides comprehensive care to diabetic women in particular. She is interested in endocrine disorders in pregnancy and serves as the Obstetrical Director of diabetes in pregnancy clinic at LAC+USC. Dr. Martin is also involved with medical student and resident education and research. Vigilant care of high-risk pregnancies is paramount to achieving successful outcomes for both mother and child. She believes in collaboration with the patient in the management of such pregnancies to achieve the best outcomes.
