Beth Marootian is currently the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Neighborhoood Health Plan of Rhode Island. She is results driven health insurance innovator with over 17 years of experience managing and growing healthcare organizations. She is Highly skilled at the development, implementation, and management of strategic plans in growing, complex organizations.
She is an exceptional communicator and negotiator adept at building and managing high-performance teams. Prior to joining Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, Beth Marootian was the Health Care Advisor at the US Dept. of Health and Human Services from 1992 to 1997.
