Ayaz Virji MD, FAAFP

Ayaz Virji received his MD from Georgetown University Medical School and completed a residency at Duke University Medical Center. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine and the American Board of Physician Nutrition Specialists. He practices bariatric medicine in Southwest Minnesota as part of Johnson Memorial Health Services. Dr. Virji has written numerous scientific and layman publications in the field of obesity research and prevention.
