Arpi Bekmezian

Dr. Arpi Bekmezian received her B.S. in physiological science, summa cum laude, from UCLA in 1998 and her M.D. from UCSF in 1998. She completed her pediatric residency at UCLA Children’s Hospital in 2005 where she subsequently started her career in pediatric hospital medicine. In 2008, she joined the pediatric hospitalist group at UCSF Children’s Hospital. She currently attends on the hospitalist service and in the pediatric urgent care clinic. She is an active member of the children’s hospital-based quality improvement and safety committees. She has also authored several case reports in Pediatrics in Review, Paediatrics & Child Health, and Contemporary Pediatrics.
