Arlene A. Escuro MS, RD, LD, CNSC, FAND, FASPEN

Arlene A. Escuro is an advanced practice dietitian in the Center for Human Nutrition at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She has practiced in the field of clinical nutrition in the areas of nutrition support, colorectal surgery, neurosciences, and home enteral nutrition for over 25 years. She currently provides nutrition therapy to neurosurgery and stroke patients and is also an instructor of the Academy's Dietitians in Nutrition Support Advanced Practice Residency Program. Arlene has had several peer-reviewed publications including journal articles, book chapters, and professional presentations on the topic of enteral nutrition support.
