Arij Faksh DO, FACOG

Arij Faksh, DO, is an obstetrician and gynecologist with expertise in maternal-fetal medicine. Dr. Faksh has been in practice since 2015 and has been a maternal fetal medicine specialist at Scripps Clinic since August 2018. She currently serves as Director of Fetal Imaging at Scripps Perinatology.

Dr. Faksh is committed to enhancing the level of care for women faced with high-risk pregnancies in San Diego and beyond. Her clinical interests include prenatal diagnosis of congenital anomalies, fetal growth, 3D/4D ultrasound, disparities in maternal-child health, management of complex maternal conditions, as well as multiple gestations. Dr. Faksh cares for patients with a wide range of maternal and fetal complications during pregnancy. She performs diagnostic genetic testing, including chorionic villus sampling and amniocentesis.

Dr. Faksh believes in establishing a trusting partnership between her patients, referring providers, and a multidisciplinary expert team to achieve the best possible outcome for a high-risk pregnancy. She strives to provide her patients and their families with exceptional care before, during, and after pregnancy through open communication, compassion, and collaboration.
