Anthony Anaszewicz BS

With a B.S. in Sport Management from Slippery Rock University, Mr. Anaszewicz has been with the Lake Forest Recreation Department for 14 plus years, occupying positions such as an Athletics Program Supervisor, Beach Facility Manager, Recreation Center Facility Manager and currently, the Athletics Program Manager. His passions include anything sport, athletic and leadership related.

Anthony spends a great deal of time at work, focusing on leadership, mentorship and coaching his staff and program participants. He loves to give time and energy to his family; long-term girlfriend Valerie Gonzalez, and their fur-son, Hank, a 6-year-old Boxer / Pit mix. In his free time, Anthony enjoys working out and playing competitive sports such as Ice Hockey and Slow Pitch Softball. Mr. Anaszewicz is a recent survivor of H1N1 Influenza, ARDS & Critical Double Pneumonia. He is grateful for the incredibly knowledgeable, caring and skilled staff associated with the Libertyville Advocate Condell Intensive Care Unit and the access to state of the art technology afforded to them. He is blessed to have his loved ones who have helped carry him through an intense 2019.
