Anikar Chhabra as an affiliate of its Board of Physicians for a dynamic medical career marked by compassionate patient care. Presently an Associate Professor of Orthopedics at the renowned Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.Chhabra is Board-Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
Dr. Chhabra earned his medical degree from the esteemed University of Virginia in 1998. Committed to effective patient care, Dr. Chhabra pursued rigorous academic preparation for his advanced medical career. He completed an internship in General Surgery and residency in Orthopedic Surgery from University of Virginia Health System. Additionally, he graduated with a Master of Science in Surgical Science in 2004.
Dr. Chhabra also completed a fellowship of Orthopedic Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.He presently teaches medical students at the Mayo Clinic Arizona and is actively developing the Mayo Clinic’s new Orthopedic Residency.
