Andre Machado PhD, MS, DDS

Andre Wilson Lima Machado is currently an Assistant Professor of Orthodontics at the Federal University of Bahia and scientific director of the Center for Study and Research in Orthodontics of Bahia. He works mainly on the following topics: orthodontics, aesthetic dentistry, photography, and dental practice.

Machado holds a degree in Dentistry from the Federal University of Bahia (2002) and a PhD in the Doctorate Program in Dental Sciences from the Araraquara School of Dentistry - UNESP and the University of California Los Angeles - UCLA (2012). He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Orthodontics at the Federal University of Bahia and Scientific Director of the Center for Study and Research in Orthodontics of Bahia. He works mainly on the following topics: orthodontics, aesthetic dentistry, dental photography, interceptive treatment, and photography/methods.
