Arasi Maran MD, FSCAI

Dr. Arasi Maran is an Associate Professor of the Cardiology Division at the Medical University of South Carolina. She graduated from Madras Medical College, India. Dr. Maran completed her Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology fellowships at the Medical University of South Carolina. Her main areas of interest are CTO PCI, CHIP, Coronary atherectomy, intravascular imaging, and advanced cardiac imaging. She is the Director of the CTO program at the Medical University of South Carolina and the Ralph H Johnson VA Medical Center. Dr. Maran is a founding member of the American Bifurcation Club, an active member of the ACC - Women in Cardiology Chapter, and the SCAI Women in Innovation.
