Amy Leigh Keller, M.S., R.D., L.D. is a registered dietitian with 20 years of experience in clinical dietetics. She is currently employed full-time at Mary Rutan Hospital, where she has been the chief clinical dietitian for 17 years.

She is a preceptor for dietetic interns from Bowling Green State University, Bluffton University, and Rutgers University. She is a past chair of the Dietitians in Gluten Intolerance Disorders practice group for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is the past chair of the Medical Nutrition Practice Group. She founded and currently leads the Logan County Celiac Support group.

She is a speaker and author, primarily on the topics of Celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. She has presented three nationally broadcast webinars on behalf of the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA). She developed and presented a webinar for the Military Families Learning Network. She was also the featured dietitian presenter in a gluten-free shopping video produced by NFCA. She has presented at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Celiac Conference for the past six years and was the keynote presenter in 2018. She also presented on the topic of the gluten-free labeling rule at FNCE 2018.
