Alison Thornberry MD

Alison Thornberry is the Chief Executive Officer of Sure Insurance Services, who are Coverholders of Lloyd's and located in the City of London. Alison is dedicated to providing insurance programmes for the healthcare industry. Alison launched her insurance career in 1987 and since 2009 and dedicated her working time to medical and travel insurance. Under her guidance, new insurance schemes have been created and launched globally. As the insurance representative for ISAPS Alison is responsible for putting together and working with expert insurance underwriters to provide a number of programmes to support ISAPS member surgeons.
