Adam C. Welch is a Scientific Director at MJH Life Sciences, where he contributes to the development of evidence-based educational initiatives and scientific programs designed to support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes. With expertise spanning clinical pharmacy, leadership, and organizational development, he brings a strategic and collaborative approach to healthcare education and scientific communication.

Adam earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh and later completed an MBA in Organizational Development and Leadership from Wilkes University. His combined background in pharmacy and business leadership enables him to bridge clinical expertise with innovative program strategy and team development. A Fellow of the American Pharmacists Association (FAPhA), Adam is recognized for his commitment to advancing pharmacy practice, healthcare education, and interdisciplinary collaboration within the healthcare community.
