USF Health’s Office of Continuing Professional Development (OCPD)

USF Health’s Office of Continuing Professional Development is a not-for-profit, academic provider of continuing education for healthcare professionals. The OCPD provides accreditation, education, and conference management services to meet the needs of clients regionally, nationally, and internationally.

The mission of the OCPD is to advance the competence and performance of healthcare professionals through the creation of a scholarly environment that fosters excellence in the lifelong goals of education, research and patient care. As an academic center of excellence, emphasis is on collaboration with the QI divisions of USF Health and the affiliate hospitals to provide activities that focus on patient care improvement.
