The first keyword is “Globalization”. The world is changing rapidly and in order to keep up, it is our moment to revolutionize conventional paradigms through global networking. We already have initiated plans to expand the current Asian networks by entering into memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ESTRO and ASTRO for potential exchange of scientific knowledge, education, mutual memberships and more.

The ultimate aim of the society is to provide best possible radiation therapy to patients and it is essential to provide quality management systems for radiation therapy. It is a society-wide responsibility to standardize radiation therapy with a reliable quality management system. Achieving such standardization will be a difficult task. However, with society-wide support and other cooperation, KOSRO can provide more reliable treatments for their patients.
