French Language Resuscitation Society / Societe de Reanimation de Langue Francaise (SRLF)

Ile de France, Paris, France

The SRLF, Society of Resuscitation of French Language, is a learned society founded in 1971.

It currently has 3800 members and carries out various activities which revolve around two main axes:

• continuing education and postgraduate education,
• promotion of clinical research and evaluation of resuscitation activity in the hospital.

Through these two axes, the SRLF and, with it, the whole world of resuscitation, has a fundamental objective: to give the resuscitation its rightful place in the sanitary system.

To function and act effectively, the SRLF relies on a Board of Directors of 11 medical members and one paramedical member, and on 11 working committees (Commission of the Medical Congress, Commission of Standards and Assessment, Commission of Ethics, Translational Research Commission, Editorial Board of the journal Médecine Intensive Réanimation, Training Coordination and Organization Committee, Vital Emergency Medicine Commission, Epidemiology and Clinical Research Commission, Youth Commission, Commission for Electronic Publications and Commission of the Nursing Congress)
