Established in 1965, the CAPD has grown into a network of pediatric dental professionals from coast to coast, united by their passion for providing quality care to their young patients. Their members include pediatric dentists, general dentists, dental hygienists, dental therapists, and other allied dental professionals who share a commitment to excellence in pediatric dentistry.

Mission:
CAPD/ACDP is the recognized national voice of pediatric dentistry. CAPD/ACDP represents its specialist practitioners and advocates for and promotes optimal oral health for infants, children, adolescents and persons with special health care needs.
