Cambria-Somerset Council for Education of Health Professionals

Cambria-Somerset Council for Education of Health Professionals, Inc. (C-S Council) is a non-profit educational consortium located at Pitt-Johnstown in Southwestern Pennsylvania. The C-S Council was incorporated in 1976 to provide cost-effective continuing medical education for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. Today, the C-S Council provides credits and maintains certifications for virtually every aspect of continuing education in the healthcare professions.

Our Mission:

The Cambria-Somerset Council for Education of Health Professionals, Inc. coordinates collaboratively the offering of evidenced-based educational opportunities for healthcare professionals and the community. In doing so we seek to minimize cost to member institutions and participating professionals while meeting the educational needs of both with the ultimate goal of improving patient care and community well-being.
