This course covers Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) cytology and histology of well differentiated thyroid cancer focusing on the morphologic controversial issues of nuclear changes, capsular invasion and architectural features. It describes the role of complementary immunohistochemical and molecular testing in the diagnosis of well-differentiated thyroid cancer.
