Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Deadline: Registrants must notify us of their intent to cancel no later than 45 days before the start of the event to receive a full refund.

Refund Policy: Registrants who cancel after the deadline will receive a [partial/full] refund, minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or less before the event start date.

Substitution: If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another participant at no additional charge. Please notify us in writing of any substitutions as soon as possible.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business daysof receiving a cancellation notice.

Special Circumstances: Refunds may be considered for special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) at the discretion of the event organizers. Please contact us directly to discuss any such situations.
