Conference Description :
In the United States about 3.5 million people have HCV. According to the CDC, around one half of those do not know they are infected(1). This presentation will discuss important developments and strategies in HCV therapy practice. A review of risk factors, testing, staging, complications and evaluation of treatments will be presented.

• List risk factors for HCV
• Identify testing involved
• Assess extent of disease
• Describe complications of HCV
• Evaluate treatments available
