Dr. Culley Carson presents a case of an aging man with ED, lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), and hypogonadism to illustrate the basic work-up, diagnosis, and treatment plan for a patient with this common presentation in the primary care setting.
Objectives :
• Discuss a typical case of the aging man with ED, LUTS and hypogonadism
• Review the treatment options of hypogonadism and their relation to ED
• Discuss latest data on the relationship of between testosterone replacement therapy and cardiovascular health in the aging man
