This post-conference ADEA eLearn webinar following the ADEA International Women’s Leadership Conference VII (ADEA IWLC VII) highlights the themes of the conference and aims to create ongoing efforts to sustain the momentum and enthusiasm generated until the implementation of the IWLC VIII. Members of the IWLC Committee and the ADEA Women in Leadership Section will recap the main themes and information that was provided during the conference on Equity, Advocacy, Scholarship and Research. During the March conference, attendees were asked questions about the current actions they are taking to advance global oral health, women’s leadership, and improved equality, as well as the future actions they will take based on their inspirations from the conference proceedings. This webinar will also share the responses of the participants for the purpose of providing information for others who desire to improve oral healthcare and the prevalence of  women in leadership position in  oral health care.
