Alex Keuroghlian, MD, MPH, Director of the National LBGT Health Education Center and Lisa Krinsky, Director of the LGBT Aging Project discuss how suicide is a national epidemic and one that impacts the LGBT community significantly across the lifespan. In this presentation they address some of the bio-psycho-social underlying issues, risk factors, interventions and resiliency.

• Explain how minority stress can adversely impact behavioral health outcomes among LGBTQ people
