Sports Injuries 274: Throwing Athletes Course is organized by CCEDSeminars.

Course Description: 
Throwing athletes are commonly injured. The science of throwing will be discussed in detail. An in-depth description of the anatomy and physiology of throwing will be presented. The mechanism of injuries will be explained as well as diagnostic and treatment strategies. Prevention and recovery techniques will be described and demonstrated.

• Physiological and bio-mechanical description of throwing.
• Explanation of how and why throwing injuries occur.
• Proper diagnostic and treatment procedures.
• Prevention and rehabilitation of throwing injuries.
