Refresher Courses are sessions captured at past RSNA Annual Meetings focusing on themes of health care reform, payment models, research and innovation, patient-centered radiology, and advances in the different imaging modalities. Refresher Courses are targeted at diagnostic, interventional, and oncologic radiologists and are designed to improve knowledge and competence in responding to the challenges and advancements in the field of radiology. Most courses include an audio-visual presentation, as well as a corresponding transcript.

Learning Objectives:
• Review how measurements can be used and which measurements should be used routinely in obstetrical ultrasound.
• Describe how to determine gestational age and estimate fetal weight.
• Identify placenta previa, vasa previa, and morbidly adherent placenta.
• Distinguish low-lying placenta from placenta previa.
• Recognize findings in placenta accreta spectrum and their clinical implication.
• Identify chorionicity and amnionicity in multiple gestations.
• Identify complications of monochorionic placentation.
• Identify those cases that need a referral for prenatal intervention.
