Educational Objectives:
At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
• Identify opportunities to enhance prescribers’ practices and patient engagement in the chronic care of cystic fibrosis (CF)
• Explore the role and place in therapy for the use of cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) modulating agents in the management of CF
• Optimize strategies to engage persons with CF and their caregivers in sustaining daily care
• Demonstrate the role of the pharmacist in CF medication management, including drug–drug interactions, optimizing medication efficacy, improving medication safety, and provider/patient/caregiver education
