There’s no shortage of pharmacies in the metro Atlanta region and statewide that are in need of skilled pharmacy technicians! This 100% online course will prepare you for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE®) to obtain the Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB®).

What you’ll learn:
The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) National Certification is the only credential recognized by the Georgia Board of Pharmacy. Not only will our course prepare you for the PTCB exam, you’ll gain the essential skills needed to work in a pharmacy. By course completion, you’ll be able to:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the pharmacy technician role, including essential professional skills and communication expectations necessary for success in a pharmacy setting
  • Understand pharmacy regulations and standards from regulatory agencies and professional associations to ensure patient safety, high-quality care, and proper medication handling
