Description:
In this new version of the well-received Pediatric Brain Tumor Refresher course, the speakers will cover current recommendations for the management of ependymoma, non germinomatous germ cell tumors and medulloblastoma. They will review appropriate contouring of tumor volumes, normal structures and dose constraints. They will discuss the recent trials in these tumors and the resulting changes in management.
Learning Objectives:
After this session, attendees should be able to:
• Identify and contour CNS normal structures.
• Apply the standard-of-care and latest updates in RT delivery for pediatrics CNS cancers.
• Identify the most recent molecular findings in pediatrics CNS cancer.
