Parkinson's Disease (PD) or not Parkinson's Disease (PD)? Distinguishing Parkinson's Disease from Other Parkinsonian and Tremor Syndromes is organized by Pri-Med and would be held during Nov 09, 2015 - Nov 09, 2018. The target audience for this medical event are basically for physicians. This CME conference has been approved with a maximum of 0.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
This activity will cover the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (PD) including diagnostic criteria and clinical symptoms of early, moderate and advanced PD. The differential diagnosis of PD will be discussed with particular attention given to distinguishing PD from atypical parkinsonian syndromes and essential tremor.
Objectives :
• Differentiate Parkinson’s Disease (PD) from atypical Parkinsonian disorders
• Distinguish PD from other tremor disorders
• Outline management strategies for parkinsonian movement disorders.
