Description:
This 4-hour introductory course discusses medications for opioid use disorders (MOUD). The course includes a video recorded in June 2023 and resources from SAMHSA hosted in PDF format for ease of downloading or printing.

Harry L. Haus, MD, JD, MBA, medical director of Harry Haus MD & Associates. Dr. Haus has been practicing MAT (now called MOUD) since 2007. He is board certified in addiction medicine and family medicine.

Julie Kmiec, DO, is an assistant professor of psychiatric, University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Kmiec specializes in psychiatry and is certified in addiction psychiatry and psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
