Description:
This CaseCare360 activity follows a patient with suspected retinal disease who attends a series of appointments. Adherence strategies and multidisciplinary collaborations are emphasized.

Learning Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:

  • Implement patient education strategies to improve adherence and reduce burden for patients with diabetic macular edema (DME) receiving anti-VEGF therapy.
  • Identify patients with DME who would benefit from evidence-based treatment modifications.
