Description:
This course reviews the workup, treatment options, management, follow-up and outcomes of both primary and metastatic hepatic malignancies with a focus on hepatocellular carcinoma, metastatic neuroendocrine tumors, metastatic colorectal cancer, and cholangiocarcinoma. The overall goal is to improved patient care by increasing the learner's competency and knowledge of the management of different hepatic malignancies, both primary and metastatic, the treatment options with a focus on liver-directed therapies, and follow-up.

This program is designed to meet the educational needs of interventional radiologists, oncologists, and all other physicians at all levels with special interest in oncologic interventions, especially liver tumors.

After purchasing access to this educational activity, you will be directed to the SIR Learning Center to participate in the activity and obtain your certificate. To receive CME credit for this enduring activity, participants must watch the video and score 70% or better on the post-activity exam. Participants will have three opportunities to score 70% or better.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this enduring activity, participants should be able to:
• Describe the different imaging findings of primary liver malignancies and metastatic disease.
• Recognize the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to treating patients with liver tumors.
• Distinguish the best therapy for each patient depending on the type of tumor, location, extent of disease, and functional status.
