Description:
Team building and leadership within the workplace varies based on lab and leadership skills and can be quite a difficult skill to teach and learn. This webinar's aim is to help improve leadership skills with the purpose of enabling lab members to lead and be a part of successful, high-performing systems.
Learning Objectives:
• Identify ways to develop leadership within your lab team to develop teamwork and trust within the group
• How team building helps build natural leaders within a lab
• Empower cytology teams to develop leadership strategies to help reduce errors and ensure patient safety

American Board of Pathology Continuing Certification (CC):

Continuing Medical Laboratory Education (CMLE):
The ASC designates this activity for a maximum of 2.0 Continuing Medical Laboratory Education (CMLE) credit hours for non-physicians. The CMLE credit hours meet the continuing education requirements for the ASCP Board of Registry Certification Maintenance Program. Participants should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
