OVERVIEW

Our 12-hour Nursing Continuing Education (CE) Renewal Package is developed to support West Virginia Registered Nurses (RNs) in fulfilling license renewal requirements, including the mandatory 3-hour course on drug diversion. This compact, expertly curated bundle includes 9 hours of general credits in addition to the required course, covering a spectrum of clinical topics vital to patient safety and quality care.

Designed to meet the demands of nurses practicing in hospitals, outpatient settings, long-term care, and community environments, the courses focus on critical aspects such as IV medication administration, opioid overdose response, chemotherapy handling, and immunotherapy. The inclusion of a comprehensive course on drug diversion ensures compliance with state-mandated education while addressing an urgent issue in nursing practice.

This package is accessible online 24/7, enabling nurses to complete courses at their convenience and their own pace. Completion certificates are available immediately after finishing each course. All CE activities are provided by eMedEd, an approved provider by the California Board of Registered Nursing (CBRN), Provider #17890, and by the West Virginia Board of Registered Nurses (Provider #50-46865). CE credits earned through this bundle are automatically reported to the West Virginia Board of Registered Nurses via CE Broker.
