Incorporating Novel Treatment Approaches in the Management of Rheumatoid Arthritis is Organized by North American Center for Continuing Medical Education (NACCME) and will be held during Jun 27, 2017 - Jun 27, 2018.
The target audience for this medical event is designed for rheumatologists, rheumatology residents and fellows, along with the multidisciplinary team of NPs, PAs, and nurses. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 1.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Learning Objectives:
After completing this activity, participants should be able to:
• Explain the rationale for targeting mediators of signal transduction within the inflammatory pathways of RA
• Outline the therapeutic profiles and potential clinical roles of newer and emerging agents, including JAK inhibitors, within the management of RA
• Utilize standardized assessment tools and data on the latest clinical evidence to inform step-up and therapeutic sequencing decisions
• Implement early and aggressive management strategies that incorporate evidence-based guidelines as well as individual patient goals and preferences
